What is the difference between Eligibility MET, RECOMMENDED PASS and PASS?

Eligibility MET: Some VOs use this term when an agent/analyst does the eligibility review.
Eligibility RECOMMENDED PASS: Some VOs use the term when an analyst/agent does the eligibility review.
Both MET and RECOMMENDED PASS means the same. Different wordings for different VO. A final review is required for both the cases by the senior officer.
If your Eligibility is MET this means your R10 and Eligibility both were checked by an Agent.
Eligibility PASSED: After the agent giving the comments either eligibility met/recommended pass, the senior officer will PASS the eligibility.
